  • Automatically calculating your client's chronological age (for pediatric reports)
  • The client's name with automatically populate in all fields when you mention the client's name throughout the report (avoiding the embarrassing mistake of using the wrong client's name)
  • Auto-populates correct pronouns will populate throughout the report (again, avoid embarrassing, unnecessary errors!)
  • Calculates scores for standardized evaluations

Our fields are completely customizable, so you are able to make changes as necessary (we're the first to admit how particular clinician's can be about their report verbiage).

You will have the opportunity to add your logo, title, credentials, and any other information to our template, so you will have personalized, polished report templates.
